Salve a tutti i frequantatori del forum. Sulle finestre, si forma la condensa in quantità esagerata. Le finestre sono di legno in pino di svezia mordensato, con vetro camera e gas argon . L'appartamnto al piano terra con giardino fa parte di una palazzina di 11 anni. Il problema nei primi 8 anni non si era mai manifestato, ora sui vetri si forma acqua in abbondanza che scende sul pavimento in legno e rischia di rovinarlo. Il riscaldamento è acceso per due ore la mattina presto poi dalle 16.00 alle 21.00, nelle giornate fredde. La casa viene sufficientemente arieggiata. Mi sapete dire a cosa dipende tutta quaest'acqua che si forma? Cambiando gli infissi la situazione migliorerebbe? Grazie.
