Buongiorno a tutti,
volevo fare una domanda relativamente alla divisione di un bagno.
Ho un bagno rettangolare lungo e stretto, circa 4,5m per 1,6m.
In questo momento ha un muro divisorio che forma un bagno cieco e un bagno con finestra, un accesso ad un bagno è dall'anticamera e un accesso al secondo bagno è dalla camera.
La vasca è di traverso lungo il muro divisorio in uno dei due bagni.
Se abbasso il muro divisorio tra i due bagni a circa un metro di altezza, in modo da non avere più un bagno cieco, lasciando la vasca di traverso logicamente, posso considerare l'ambiente come unico e quindi un solo vano catastale?
Avrei due porte di accesso, una finestra unica, ma un muro alto 1 metro che divide i due bagni.

Se lascio solo la vasca a dividere i due bagni senza muro cambia qualcosa nella definizione di vani catastali?
